We provide psychological & psychiatric reports to fulfil the vital evidential requirement for the courts either as single or a single joint basis. Our consultants comprise of highly qualified psychological and psychiatric expert witnesses with many years of experience in providing expert opinions for the legal and insurance industries. All our psychiatric consultants are approved by the Secretary of State under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act and all the reports are Part 35 CPR compliant. As a psychological centre based in the heart of London, we deal with mental health assessment and treatment of individuals. The assessments are conducted by fully qualified and experienced consultants.

Our consultants are directed to consider the stringent Immigration Directorate’s Instructions requirements basis for medical claims as well as the relevant articles of the European Human Rights Act including articles 3 and 8.
